BLYTHE, CA – Authorities say one person was injured in a car vs. semi-truck collision on Interstate 10 near Blythe on Tuesday afternoon.
According to My News LA, the accident happened around 1:40 p.m. in the westbound lanes of the freeway, roughly three miles west of Mesa Drive.

Officials with the California Highway Patrol say one of the drivers sustained minor injuries. At this time, it is unclear if that person required hospital treatment.
