SAN DIEGO, CA – A driver was injured after his cement truck flipped over on I-5 in Mission Bay, ABC 10 reports.
The truck was travelling south on I-5 near Clairemont Drive when it was hit from behind by another vehicle around 10:45 p.m.

The impact caused the truck to leave the highway and flip on its side as it hit a tree. Bystanders stopped to help the driver get out of his truck.
The driver was taken to the hospital. The crash also required a response from a hazardous materials crew to handle a diesel spill.
