A second driver headed out of the casino driveway, about to turn onto South Virginia Street in a 2018 Hyundai Kona, when the crash occurred.
Barrera was weaving in and out of traffic so quickly, the driver of the Kona could not see him and pulled out in front of him. He attempted braking, that only caused the bike to flip and throw Barrera off. Both the bike and Barrera hit the Hyundai, causing the car to flip over.
The driver of the Hyundai was found to be not at-fault.
