Albert Facada, 67, of Revere, remains in critical condition at Rhode Island hospital Monday after flipping his semi-truck in Mansfield.
Facada was driving his tractor trailer in the Cabot Business Park last Wednesday around 11 a.m. and lost control of his truck, causing it to flip onto the side and hit the guardrail at Forbes Boulevard and Interstate 495 overpass.

It took rescue officials over an hour to extract Facada from the cabin of the truck.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
