SANTA CLARITA, CA – Troopers with the California Highway Patrol were forced to block several lanes along the 5 Freeway after a semi-truck jackknifed early Monday morning.
According to KHTS, the accident occurred shortly before 12:20 a.m. near the exit to Roxford Street.

No information on what may have caused the big rig to jackknife along the freeway has been released. However, three lanes were blocked for about an hour following the accident.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported from the scene of the accident.
All lanes were reopened in time for Monday morning’s rush-hour traffic.
