A man arrested earlier this week for causing a non-injury crash involving three vehicles in San Anselmo, California, would require legal representation by a drunk driving attorney. The encounter took place on Tuesday afternoon, May 26.
Officers responded to the crash on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard around 5:26 p.m., shortly after witnesses called it in. Callers reported that three vehicles traveling in the area collided near Sir Francis Drake High School. No one appeared to have been seriously hurt in the collision.

Preliminary investigations revealed one of the vehicles was a Jeep, operated by Adam David Grubb, a 23 year old San Anselmo local. The motorist allegedly caused the crash that left two other cars, including a Toyota Prius and Ford pick-up truck disabled. Following the incident, Grubb got out of his vehicle and fled the scene on foot, but officers apprehended him eventually.
During the interrogation, the suspect, who had two previous DUI convictions and was on probation in Marin County, told officers he was a passenger in the car. Further investigations, however, prove otherwise.
Officers took Grubb into custody, on charges of DUI and vehicle code violation of DUI probation terms. They also charged him with resisting, delaying or obstructing a police officer investigation.
The crash shut down parts of Sir Francis Drake Boulevard, between Saunders Avenue and Broadmoor Avenue, for almost two hours.
Anyone caught up in DUI-related cases should endeavor to get in touch with a drunk driving attorney in due time.
