A man who killed a bicyclist and a motorist in multiple collisions in the northwest area of Harris County, Texas, requires the expertise of a car accident lawyer. On Monday, May 25th, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office took 31-year-old Alexis Saborit into custody for the death of the two.
Sgt. Simon Cheng, with the HCSO, said that officers arrested the suspect after the accident, which occurred at about 10:30 p.m. on Veteran Memorial Drive. The latter is near Rainy River, west of the North Freeway. Saborit is facing two counts of murder, and he is wanted for an open parole violation.

Cheng said the event that led to the man’s arrest began after a deputy sighted him driving a Mercedes southbound Veterans on top speed. The officer tried to get the suspect to stop, but he continued driving, leading to a high-speed chase.
Saborit drove at 61 mph in a 45 mph zone, and in a bid to lose the officers on his trail, he drove head-on into oncoming traffic after passing Highway 249. The act caused the suspect to strike a bicycle ridden by Jarvis Taylor, 63. He then went on to hit a Buick Lacrosse driven by an unnamed 57-year-old man.
The bicyclist died in a local hospital where he was receiving treatment, and the Buick driver passed away at a separate medical center. The suspect suffered severe injuries in the accident, and the police took him to Ben Taub Hospital for treatment.
The crash report also showed that the man was driving while impaired. Those with liabilities in multiple collisions should hire a car accident lawyer for legal advice and representation.
