Danford rode through private property and fell off his bike. The suspect stood up and ran away, but the police officers on his trail chased and caught him. After examining him, the officers discovered that he was driving under the influence and also didn’t possess a motorcycle license.

Danford was subsequently arrested and charged with felony fleeing law enforcement officers. Other charges against him are misdemeanor speeding, driving without a license, operating a vehicle without a license plate, obstruction of law enforcement officers, failure to obey traffic control devices, and driving under the influence. The suspect would undoubtedly require a drunk driving attorney.

Authorities have always emphasized the need for road users to obey traffic rules and regulations, traffic signs, and law enforcement officers. Patrol officers always caution drivers against speeding because of the dangers it portends.

Drivers must pay attention to these laws and cautions to make the roads safer for everyone. Authorities also say that when drivers do these, the number of accident occurrences would be significantly reduced.
