A motorcycle accident attorney is needed when a motorcycle accident occurs. On Tuesday, April 7th, the authorities in Chino, California, identified a man who died in one. He is Humberto Garduno, 27.
According to the Chino Police Department, Garduno lost his life after his motorcycle collided against a big rig last week Thursday, April 2nd. The crash occurred at about 5:30 p.m., in the 6700-block of Kimball Avenue.

Garduno, in his lifetime, worked at the Walmart Distribution Center. The CPD said he had just left the center when he met his end. The deceased failed to obey a red light, and driving through, he collided with the big rig.
First responders at the scene of the crash did all they could to save the young man’s life. But their effort was not successful as Garduno died at the scene, and the medics pronounced him. The driver of the big rig, who is unnamed, had little or no injuries.
The driver stayed back at the scene and cooperated with the authorities. The accident remains an open case, and the investigation is ongoing.
When a motorcycle accident occurs, the rider is most likely to be the injured or deceased party. A vehicle-versus-motorcycle crash usually leaves the driver of the vehicle with less injury. Thus, when determining liability, the investigators try to find who was negligent.
If the driver of a vehicle was negligent, the motorcyclist could bring a civil lawsuit to recover damages, and the driver might face a criminal charge. In either case, it is prudent to employ the services of a motorcycle accident attorney.
