On February 6th, in Prescott, Arizona, two pickup trucks collided near in the intersection of Fain Road and Sara Jane Lane. One of the trucks involved in the accident was a Ford, and the other was a Toyota.
A nine-year-old girl, and her father who is in his 40s we’re both injured seriously in the accident. The accident was caused by the driver of one of the trucks drifting too far over the center lane. The driver was towing a trailer, and the trailer flipped the other pick-up truck. The result was that the pick-up truck that was carrying the man and his daughter flipped and rolled several times, causing serious injury.

The young girl and her father were transported to a local hospital for emergency treatment. All people who are involved in the accident survived. However, at this point, it is not clear exactly how severe the injuries were to the little girl and to her father.
The driver who caused the accident did not appear to sustain any serious injuries. However, there was damage to his trailer.
At this time, it is not clear the factors such as impairment due to the consumption of drugs or alcohol, speeding, texting and driving, or other factors were part of the reason why the driver caused the accident.
Police are still investigating this issue heavily. Following the accident, the roads were shut down so that debris could be cleared and so that police could collect evidence and carry out their investigations. However, several hours later, the roads were reopened to normal traffic.
