AUTO-PEDESTRIAN CRASH INVESTIGATION

The terrible incident is being looked into and probed by Poulsbo law enforcement personnel. Once the investigation is completed, an official police report will be released providing details of the accident and the actual cause.

Every year, about 37,000 people perish – and 2.3 million more people are hurt – in motor vehicle accidents across the United States of America. Most of these incidents are senselessly caused by reckless driving, including road rage, tailgating, drunk driving, distracted driving, exceeding safe speeds, and reckless lane changes.

While liability on part of the driver seems to be quite clear in this incident, an investigation will be launched by officials to discover all the facts. A forensic analysis of the car – in addition to images from the site of the accident – will aid investigators in determining what occurred, if comparative liability should be assigned, or if a third party is liable for a malfunction or mechanical failure.

WASHINGTON PERSONAL INJURY LAWYERS

Awaiting an official investigation, Victor Sanchez Alay and his loved ones could be entitled to a personal injury claim. Family members of personal injury or wrongful death victims might pursue damages for loss of companionship, pain and suffering, and emotional distress after a horrible or tragic incident such as this terrible accident.
