LOS ANGELES, CA – An 18-month-old boy was killed in North Hills after his stroller was struck by an out-of-control car spinning after an accident, ABC 7 Los Angeles reports.
The young boy was with his grandparents at a food cart on West Nordhoff Street at the time of the accident. Around 7:30 a.m. a westbound 2016 Honda CRV attempted to make a left turn off Nordhoff when it was hit by a gray Toyota Camry.

The collision sent the Honda careening over the curb where it struck the boy and another adult woman. The boy was killed and the woman was injured and hospitalized.
The Honda driver remained at the scene but the driver of the Toyota fled before coming to the police later in the afternoon. At this time no arrests have been made.
