SANTA CLARITA, CA – Troopers with the California Highway Patrol responded to a fatal collision in the Stevenson Ranch neighborhood of Santa Clarita on Tuesday.
According to CHP, the incident involved a single vehicle crashing into a fence near the intersection of Poe Parkway and Mallory Drive around 12:08 p.m.

When officers arrived, they discovered the vehicle went off the roadway and fell down a deep embankment.
A helicopter ambulance was called to the scene, though it is unclear if anyone was taken to the hospital. At least one person was killed in the crash.
