SAN DIEGO, CA – Troopers with the California Highway Patrol reported a collision blocking all lanes of the Interstate 8 West ramp to State Route 163 South on Tuesday morning.
Caltrans reported the incident at 8:55 a.m., along with a traffic map showing significant delays in the area.
