LOS ANGELAS, CA – Eight people were injured and two became trapped in the wreckage after a head-on collision near mile marker 18 of San Gabriel Canyon Road.
My News LA reports that the collision occurred at around 2:05 p.m. on Sunday, April 11. The circumstances of the collision remain unknown at this time.

Authorities were investing if alcohol or drug use were involved.
The two people trapped in the wreckage were listed in critical condition. The other six victims were minors. No identities have been released.
