SAN DIEGO, CA – A 62-year-old man was rushed to the hospital following a pedestrian accident in Mission Valley Wednesday.
According to the San Diego Union-Tribune, the accident occurred at about 2:15 p.m. along Camino De La Reina near Qualcomm Way.

Police say the 26-year-old female driver of a Volvo was passing through the intersection when the pedestrian ran out in front of her.
The man was rushed to the hospital to be treated for major head trauma and a broken femur.
