4 Stoughton High School football players were killed after Naiquan D. Hamilton of Stoughton crashed his car into a tree on May 19th, 2018.
On Wednesday, Plymouth County Court District Attorney announced that Hamilton was found guilty of 4 counts of vehicular homicide by negligent operation.

The 4 victims were all on the Stoughton High School football team. 17-year-old Christopher Desir, 16-year-old Nicholas Joyce , 17-year-old David Bell, and 17-year-old Eryck Sarblah were all inside the vehicle when Hamilton crashed into a tree.
Hamilton was driving the students on West Street to the mall to get some lunch.
When officers responded to the scene of the accident, marijuana and edibles were found in the vehicle.
He was found not guilty of four counts of manslaughter by a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs and motor vehicle homicide while under the influence of drugs.
Sentencing is on March 9th, 2020.
