HOLLYWOOD, CA – Four people were injured early yesterday morning in an explosion just northeast of Hollywood and Vine, NBC Los Angeles reports.
The explosion happened at a building in the 6100 block of Franklin Avenue at about 1:35 a.m., and is believed to have been caused by an electrical vault. Two of the four people were taken to a nearby hospital, one with serious injuries and the other with moderate injuries. The other two victims declined transportation.
