LOS ANGELES, CA – A man died after being struck by a vehicle along the Harbor Freeway near downtown Los Angeles Saturday morning, My News LA reports.
The accident happened at about 1:55 a.m. in the northbound lanes of the freeway just south of the Santa Monica Freeway.

Upon arrival, paramedics discovered a pedestrian lying in the center median. He was pronounced dead moments later.
The driver involved parked his 2020 Toyota and remained at the scene, cooperating with the police investigation. They were subsequently transported to a nearby hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
The names of the victim and driver are being withheld pending further investigation into the crash.
