SAN DIEGO, CA – A motorcyclist suffered a serious leg injury Sunday when he collided with a passenger vehicle in Pacific Beach.
10 News reports that the collision happened at about 3:05 p.m. on April 25. An unidentified 57-year-old male motorcyclist was traveling north in the turn lane of the 5000 block of Mission Boulevard when a 2018 Volkswagen Atlas entered the lane as it merged from Opal Street. The motorcyclist laid down the bike and slid into the Volkswagen, seriously injuring his leg.

He was taken to a nearby hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries. Impairment is not believed to be a factor at this time.
