BAKERSFIELD, CA – One man was killed and two others injured following a suspected DUI collision involving a semi-truck Sunday night.
According to KGET, the collision was reported along Driver Road near the Famoso-Porterville Highway at about 9:30 p.m.

Troopers with the CHP believe the driver of a 2007 Chevrolet pickup may have been intoxicated when he drove through a stop sign at a high rate of speed and collided with the rear of a 2013 Freightliner truck.
The driver in the Chevrolet, a 32-year-old man from McFarland, was killed as a result of the crash. Two occupants in the semi-truck sustained minor injuries.
