An autopsy result released on Tuesday, June 16th, revealed that the victim died from multiple injuries, and the ME ruled his death an accident. There is no additional information at this time.

A single-vehicle accident is a road traffic collision that involves only one vehicle. It covers run-off-road collisions, collisions with fallen rocks or debris, rollover crashes, and collisions with animals. The common cause is the operator’s error, but other factors also contribute.

They include excessive speed, driver’s fatigue from not getting adequate rest, and driving under the influence of drugs or (and) alcohol. Environmental factors and adverse road conditions like inclement weather, poor drainage, narrow lanes and shoulders, insufficient curve banking, and sharp curves also result in single-vehicle accidents.

Vehicles sometimes have unpredictable car handling characteristics or defects, which in turn increases the chances of a solo crash. Possible suicide is also considered a factor but challenging to prove. Preventing solo crashes means that drivers must abide by the traffic rules and practice safe road behaviors.
