PASADENA, CA – A 65-year-old man who was injured when he was struck by a car last week has passed away in the hospital, local news reports.
The accident occurred on Corson Street, between Hudson Avenue and Lake Avenue, on the evening of October 6th.

The victim was walking north along Corson Street when he was struck by a Ford Mustang that unsuccessfully attempted to avoid hitting him. He was rushed to the hospital in critical condition and passed away after spending three days on life support.
The driver of the Mustang remained on the scene and is not expected to face charges.
