Tyler Skaarland sadly died after a vehicle struck him in an auto-pedestrian accident on Tuesday, January 28 in Tacoma. Law enforcement at the scene reported that at approximately 6:23 p.m. local time, Mr. Skaarland was hit by Gabriel Keith, 16, while Skaarland was walking along the road in the area of South Tacoma Way and S C Street.
Medics transferred the seriously injured victim to a local medical facility in Pierce County where he tragically perished due to his wounds, law enforcement officials stated.
