OCEANSIDE, CA – Authorities have identified the motorcyclist killed in a crash on Interstate 5 North in Oceanside on Jan. 16 as 20-year-old Joshua Leasure.
According to News Opi, Leasure was traveling north on I-5 at a high speed when his motorcycle drifted into oncoming traffic. He then lost control, crashing into a fence around 4:02 p.m.

Leasure was declared deceased at the scene.
